
Overview
Here
some information about the values, which are possible (May 2007).
All example-pictures shows german shortcuts. naturally are english display
shortcuts possible.

The general sytem (may 2007):
BIG-Blue/TINY-Disp
(Satellit-System)
The Sensor-Unit (engine-room) is connected via a small (4/"=6mm)
cable to the main-unit inside of the car (passengers-room). From this
main-unit going all other units or switches/lights etc off. The main-unit
is the central point of all. Wire-length until 1,5m makes a user friendly
wiring possible. The Display-Unit is connected via a cable to the main-unit.
Placing of main-unit and display-unit on different places are possible
- max cable length of 1,5m.
Additional is a second display on the main-unit possible: Dualviewing
Also is it possible to use the system without a display, only with pc.
The displays are only a viewing-unit without other function. Do you wants
to use it not, let it reconnected - instead use the pc.
The Light-Regulator (brightness) is connected with the display-unit. This
and
the small data-cable from the main-unit are only connectings on the display-unit.
Not more cabels etc, only two plugs.
All other things (switches for view-changing of the display, warn-lights,
shift-lights, configuration-switches etc) are connected via plugs to the
central point of all: the main-unit
on small systems (systems with not many sensors) are rpm-input and
FPS/TPS-input in the passengers-room (example):
- EGT/OIP
- EGT/MAP
- EGT/OIT/COT
- streeco-MFA, mini-mfa,

on big systems (systems with many sensors) are RPM-input and FPS/TPS-
input with the other sensors-input in the engine-room.
Widebandlambda
(WBO)

overview how are the wbo-values on rpm.
Alert-function:
Is the FPS/TPS-unit connected with the car, a light flashes
if the current value hiconfigurated alert-value
High/Low-overview:
Shows the high- and low-value the last 20 seconds |

View-Changing via Switch between Digit-Mode and Diagramm-Mode
- Extra Narrowband-Output for ECU-Unit which required
only on
Lambda/Airfuel-Ratio-Signal. So it is possible to replace
the narrow-
band-sensor. For this using is it possible
to know wheter other
informations will be exchanged from ECU to narrow-band-sensor.
If they
other informations (like heater etc) are exchanged, it must
something fixed.
G60-Digifant and VR6 (-98) can used with this output without
problems.
For
assembly it is neccessary that a stainless-steel fitting (included)
will be weld. expertise and right handling with tools are required..

Narrowband
Lambda Range

of 3000 (short cut is "30") a nrl
value of 0,850 is associated.
And "35:0.850" is on 3500 prm a narrowband lambda
range of
0,850l and so on....

You can read after a full-speed-sprint in one shift sequence the associated
NLR/RPM values, without pc and after the sprint stored automaticly
on
display.
ATTENTION: a narrowband-lambdasenor is not able
to give a good signal to evaluation, how it really necessarily!
Missing exhaust gas temperation compensation, missing exhaust gas
pressure compensation, tardiness, missing accuracy and only a small
measure area (ca. lambda 1 afr 14,7) makes the evaluation sinceless,
actually. But it is better than nothing.
Only a wideband lambda system is able to
give meaningfully
informations. It is absolutly recommend, that you use a wbo-system
to configuration and observing your engine-system.

Full
Throttle Switch/Throttle Position Sensor
(FTS/TPS)
Is
the unit connected with full throttle switch or throttle position sensor,
a
full speed analyzing is possible. Thus this is it possible to get special
alerts
(only alersts if fts/tps is using) like lambda/afr. Also the full-speedsprint
overview of some vaules (lambda/afr, air pressure, fuel pressure, oil
pressure
are possible. On pc-datatransfer is fts/tps substantially, because you
can
see when full power is started. Thus you can see values on full power.
PC-Datatransfer
(PC)
With
this feature you can send the value datas to pc. With a normal
hyperterminal programm you received the datas and it could be changed
in a csv-version to load it into a tablesheet-programm. This is if a special
pc-programm is not available, because all pc-programms will be developed
on your special unit.
If the pc-programm available, you can see all values on screen, as round
gauges with colored value interpretaions, as diagramm etc. The player
can play logged session and so on. To many things to listing all features
her.
